What does 'back-to-back installed' mean?
A back-to-back install is the simplest, most common installation: the outdoor unit sits directly behind the indoor unit on the other side of the wall, with a short pipe run. It's the baseline installed price — longer pipe runs, two-storey work, or tricky access cost more, which we confirm in your free fixed quote.
Why are the prices shown as 'from'?
All prices include GST. The supply-only prices are as shown; installed prices are 'from' because every home is different. The 'from' price covers a standard back-to-back install on an accessible single-storey wall. Once we've seen your place (or photos of it), we give you a fixed quote — and that fixed price is what you pay, with no extras on the day.
Do these units come with a warranty?
Yes — Panasonic and Daikin units carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and the Gree Kinghome specials carry 6 years. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed on top of that, and we confirm the exact warranty terms for your model in your quote.
